The church planting ministry’s main goal and mission is to bring the message of Christ and the Gospel to those who haven’t yet heard. Mongolian small rural villages are ripe for an outpouring of God’s Holy Spirit and the best way to gain access to these villages, as mentioned above, is through initial medical mission contact and outreach that benefit the local people. Most rural areas at this time do not have any established churches or indigenous Christian communities. The few believers in those areas are isolated and they must live on faith alone. We are bringing hope and healing and we are establishing new church congregations which will then be trained to go out in the Name of Christ to plant more churches thereby fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus. Both our medical and church planting ministries are focused on Christ’s compassion through providing needed care for both the body and the soul of Mongolians
The medical ministry arose because of the dire need for medical assistance and spiritual change throughout Mongolia especially in the isolated rural areas. Seeds of the Heart’s focus is to bring the redemptive work of Jesus into these forgotten places through first providing medical care and then establishing caring relationships with the local people resulting in a church plant. By combining faith based medical care as well as spiritual support, Seeds of the Heart is providing transformative health care to all of Mongolia. Our goal is to equip, support and send indigenous missionaries to specific rural and city locations in Mongolia. We emphasize medical and health care of individuals while at the same time seeking to introduce them to Christ who loves them.
Sheika and Haka travel on a regular basis to rural areas to visit local indigenous leaders and pastors. These local ministers often serve alone and they need spiritual and pastoral care, emotional encouragement and someone to listen to them. Sheika and Haka are the heart of the Seeds of the Heart pastoral care team.
